Staying fit and being in shape no longer means sweating it out in a monotonous, repetitive fitness class that you loathe going to or spending half of your workout standing around and waiting for the machines that you love (that there’s only one of). For those who have discovered its limitless benefits, exercise and fitness have become a way of life. One of those automatic daily routines that helps make your day complete, like brushing your teeth or eating breakfast. Norton Pines Athletic Club knows how important health and fitness is to our members, and we are proud to be a part of their personal fitness routine.

Research shows that if exercise isn’t fun or stimulating, people won’t do it. We design and structure our fitness classes to be fun, engaging, exciting, and fresh. Routines are good, but routines can get BOR-ING. We strive to take the boring out of routines with fitness classes like Zumba, Bootcamp, Aqua Motion, Spin & Sculpt, Yoga Stretch, Pilates, Creative Power, Upper Strength, and so many more! We have classes to tone your upper body, sculpt your lower body, strengthen your core, and quiet your mind. No matter your level of fitness or experience with exercise, we have classes for you. Our teachers are experienced, knowledgeable, encouraging, and always excited to see new faces in their classes.

Our expansive Weight Room features state-of-the-art strength training equipment from the best names in fitness-Hammer Strength, Cybex, and FreeMotion. With plenty of space to stretch out and walk around without feeling like you’re bumping into anyone, our Weight Room has two distinct areas-Free Weights with Hammer Strength equipment and Assisted Strength Training with Cybex and FreeMotion machines. The Free Weight area has weights, benches, a squat rack, a smith rack, medicine balls, boscu balls, kettle bells, ropes, TRX bands, and so much more. The Strength Training area has machines to target every muscle in your body from head to toe. We provide you with only the best so that you can be your very best!
